The Biopipe system is a vertical biofilm reactor — a network of uPVC pipes with biofilm cultured on the inner walls. Waste water flows in from the top. The biofilm consumes organic matter as it descends. Clean water exits at the bottom.

Rigid, food-grade uPVC pipe networks form the reactor structure. Chemically inert, UV-stable, zero corrosion — designed for 25+ years.
Living biofilm culture
A curated consortium of bacteria colonises the pipe wall. The culture is tuned for Indian sewage loads and self-regenerates continuously.
Gravity-fed flow
Sewage enters at the top. Gravity pulls it through the bacteria-lined pipes. Clean treated water exits at the base. One pump. No aeration blowers.
